Overstayers in the UK

An overstayer is a person who has exceeded their legal time limit in the UK and remains in the country on an expired visa. If you are an overstayer, you are at risk of being detained or deported and your employers could be fined. However, the circumstances of each case vary greatly and it may be possible to find a solution that allows you to stay in the UK.

How we help overstayers

In some cases, it is possible to regularise the visa status of the overstayer. We offer an Overstayer Status Trace service, involving:

  • An initial consultation, by email, phone or face-to-face to establish the facts of your case
  • In-depth research into your situation
  • A written report setting out whether a resolution is possible and how it could be achieved

We have a duty of care towards our clients to conduct ourselves professionally, honestly and with discretion. This service is offered by Phyllis Dennis, one of our experienced UK immigration advisers, at a fee of £240.

Please contact us if you are an overstayer. Your enquiry will be dealt with confidentially and efficiently.
